All Advantage rebuilt Aerialscopes undergo the following treatment: entire mechanism disassembled; new seals and bearings installed on rotating mechanisms; all rotating mechanisms inspected and adjusted; aerial’s steel and welding integrity verified with magnetic particle testing (engineers inspection certificate provided) and any defects repaired; hydraulic pump replaced; all hydraulic cylinders rebuilt or replaced; any missing aerial safety devices as per NFPA installed; all valves and hydraulic components replaced; all Teflon pads between boom sections replaced; all wiring to outriggers, boom and platform replaced; all basket electrical controls replaced (joy stick or three-lever unit); all pulley bushings and pulleys inspected and replaced as needed; 4” waterway to platform refurbished or replaced; new breathing air system to platform and pedestal installed; intercom replaced; platform refurbished and brought up to NFPA standards; any customer specified options installed; entire unit sandblasted, primed, repainted, reassembled and tested to NFPA standards. Bottom line: a mechanically new aerial.
 
The Aerialscope can be set up as a tower only, with a pump or as a quint. The entire body is new aluminum with hinged or roll-up doors; and all body designs are custom, based on the requirements of your department and the full mobility of the aerial. The chassis is a brand new Spartan. NOTE: There is a severe shortage of used 95’ Aerialscopes available. Please tell us if you know where there is one for sale.
